Cancellation Policy
Phillip Island special events and Christmas holiday period Cancellations must be made at least
90 days prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first cancelled night. Long weekends – other school holidays – Easter
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first cancelled night. All other periods
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first cancelled night.
Non arrival on the first night automatically cancels the entire booking and forfeits any refund.
Any transfers must be taken at a mutually agreeable time and within 12 months.
Once the stay has commenced no refund or credit will be given for early departure.
Bookings may be cancelled by the establishment within the above policy without liability.
